MyCryptoSentiment Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
1.1. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyCryptoSentiment governing your access to and use of our services, including data, signals, insights, analytics, and content available via https://mycryptosentiment.com (the “Services”).
1.2. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and
- Have full authority to act on behalf of any entity you represent, if applicable.
1.3. Your use of the Services is conditional on your full and ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
1.4. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Unless required by law or related to the launch of new features, such changes will become effective 14 days after publication on the Website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Services
2.1. The Services provide access to cryptocurrency-related data, sentiment analysis, market signals, content feeds, and related information.
2.2. MyCryptoSentiment is not a broker, financial advisor, or fiduciary. You acknowledge and agree that no fiduciary duty is owed to you.

2.4. The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice or liability.
3. Fees and Payments
3.1. Access to certain Services may require payment of fees, including recurring subscriptions. Pricing and billing terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
3.2. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to paid features will continue until then.
3.3. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

4.1. While we strive for uninterrupted access, the Services may experience temporary disruptions due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We make no guarantees regarding uptime or availability.
5. User Responsibilities

- Assume full responsibility for all outcomes arising from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

9.2. We are not liable for any:

- Service interruptions or downtime
- Inaccurate or outdated content
- Phishing attempts or impersonation
- Business or reputational loss
- Integration issues with third-party services
9.3. You acknowledge that use of the Services is at your own risk and agree to hold harmless MyCryptoSentiment and its affiliates from any liability or damages resulting from your use.
10. Restrictions
10.1. You may not use the Services if prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

10.3. A corporate license is required for redistribution or commercial use. Upon cancellation or expiration, previously obtained data may only be retained for personal, non-commercial use.
10.4. All submissions or content shared with us are deemed non-confidential. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content.
11. Indemnification
11.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyCryptoSentiment, its affiliates, officers, and agents from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

12. Taxes

13. Miscellaneous
13.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MyCryptoSentiment and supersede any prior understandings or communications.
13.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3. We may assign our rights or delegate our obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
13.4. No joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship exists between you and MyCryptoSentiment.
13.5. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, war, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
